Soccer Analyst Sutton Battles Artist Murs in Premier League Forecasts
Arsenal's 10-game winning run was ended by the Black Cats before the international break, however will the Premier League leaders recover against local foes Tottenham this Sunday?
"{I feel like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this match," stated soccer expert Chris Sutton.
"Frank will attempt to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating best this season - but Mikel Arteta's team typically still find a way to win."
Sutton is forecasting results for all 380 Premier League games this season, versus AI, readers and a variety of special visitors.
For the twelfth round, he faces singer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United fan.
The singer's new album, Knees Up, is out on the weekend.

Murs is a skilled footballer as well as a accomplished singer and has been a featured player of several charity football matches over time - but he is not planning a professional comeback as a player.
"{I actually played in a benefit match the other night for a mate of mine," he said. "My side was losing 3-1 when I came off in the second half, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you want!
"I continue to love football, but I injured my knee a few years ago and it still hasn't fully recovered. I wish I could play more but the unpredictability of the sport means it's too dangerous for me in my career to do it properly again.
"Plus I am 41 now, and we are not everyone is Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very happy not playing football and I am preparing for the moment that my daughter or son decides to play instead."
The singer and his wife his partner have two children, their daughter and their son, and he is prepared to follow in his father's footsteps by becoming their manager.
"I will not push football on our kids but I've already told Amelia that if they happen to get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will probably be coaching their weekend football side," he said.
"I observed my relatives play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I obviously owned a soccer team for a period too.
"My father coached with us when I was a kid, which is likely where I inherited it. He coached our side for two or three years and had great fun with it. That could be the future for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
Premier League Forecasts
Weekend, 22 November
- Turf Moor, 12:30 GMT
The Blues may have to wait a bit longer for Cole Palmer's comeback from injury but their attack is now stronger with Joao Pedro and Liam Delap both returned to fitness.
I still think this fixture will be fairly tight, though. The Clarets are disciplined and their sole at Turf Moor losses so far have been against Liverpool and Arsenal.
It smells of a 1-1 tie to me, but I am actually going to choose Chelsea to edge it for what would be their third consecutive Premier League win in a row.
Sutton's prediction: 1-2
The singer's prediction: The Blues will be superior. 1-3
AI's prediction: 0-2
- Vitality Stadium, 15:00 GMT
The Cherries have lost their past two games - although both of them were on the road - but they got absolutely spanked by Aston Villa last time out which surprised me.
In contrast, West Ham won back-to-back victories before the hiatus and, although both of those games were at their stadium, they do look competitive again.
West Ham's only away victory this campaign came at Forest in the summer, when West Ham manager Nuno was still that team's coach.
So, what exactly do I predict here - will it be West Ham continuing their run under their manager, or Bournemouth bouncing back?
I will go with the Cherries, because I think what happened against Villa was a blip.
Sutton's forecast: 2-0
The guest's outlook: The home team are performing strongly but West Ham have improved under their boss. 2-2
AI's prediction: 1-1
- Amex Stadium, 15:00 GMT
Brentford were considered one of the favourites for relegation before the season began, but they have surprised a several people under Keith Andrews and are in good form with three in their last four matches.
My son told me to select Brentford striker Thiago in my Fantasy Football team a few weeks back and, unfortunately, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will likely score again on Saturday but I am nonetheless not going to select him or support Brentford at Amex Stadium.
The Bees have not had much success on the road this season, and the Seagulls are consistently decent at home. The visitors will attempt to hit them on the break but I feel the home manager's side pose much more of a threat.
Sutton's forecast: 2-1
The singer's view: This could be one of those games where you expect there is going to be a many goals but it in reality proves to be quite close. 1-1
The computer's prediction: 2-1
- Craven Cottage, 15:00 GMT
It is a huge game for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their last six matches.
They have have plenty of talent in their team but it nonetheless seems like they could be sucked into a relegation fight.
Regarding the Black Cats, well they are the unexpected success of the Premier League season so far.
Their display in the 2-2 draw with Arsenal last time out was superb. We have not seen anyone else rough up the North London side like that this term, and Sunderland were more than a match for them.
The logical choice to do to support the visitors here, because they are clearly able of disrupting Fulham up too and, the last time they were in west London, they defeated the Blues at the close of last month.
However I am not going to do that. Instead, I really need to continue opposing Sunderland with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of credit for their good outcomes because they clearly enjoy to defy my predictions.
Looking at the home side's at Craven Cottage form, the sole side they have lost to is Arsenal. Marco Silva's team will be absolutely eager for a good outcome, so I am going to predict they will pick up three points.
The expert's prediction: 1-0
The guest's choice: I'm aware the visitors are performing strongly and also that the hosts are on a poor streak... but Fulham have still been decent at Craven Cottage this season. 2-0
The algorithm's outlook: 2-0
- Anfield, 15:00 GMT
This is a tough fixture to predict. Liverpool have lost seven of their past 10 matches in every tournament, but might they be among the sides who profit from the {international break|
